Mr Oğuz Turunç has over 17 years of experience in Mineral Resource and Reserves Estimation, Mineral Resource reporting, statistical and geostatistical analyses, due diligence studies, exploration and mine geology. He started his career as Exploration and Mine Geologist at Demir Export A.Ş., working on base and precious metals and iron ore deposits including Demir Export's Iron Mines (OP), Bakırtepe Gold Mine (OP), and İspir Ulutaş Porphry (Cu-Mo) projects. He continued as Senior Resource Geologist at AMAK Mining Company in Saudi Arabia, contributing to Al Masane Copper and Zinc Mine studies. In 2018, he joined Datamine International as a Senior Consultant for software training and resource estimation across epithermal gold, VMS-type copper, and skarn deposits. He also established the Datamine Türkiye Office. Prior to founding CAKA Mining in 2020, he served as Principal Resource Geologist at RPMGlobal. Oğuz has maintained close relationships with mining companies across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, delivering Resource Estimation studies, Pre-Feasibility projects, Lender's Engineer and Due Diligence reports.

Haluk Saban Denizaşan graduated from Middle East Technical University's Geological Engineering Department in 2011. With approximately 15 years of experience, he is a seasoned geological engineer specializing in mineral exploration and development across Turkey and Africa, covering coal, base metals, precious metals, and battery metals. His technical expertise spans surface mapping, sampling programs, drill planning and execution, hydrogeological and geotechnical studies, QA/QC implementation, resource estimation, and detailed exploration-development budgeting. He has substantial experience in JORC, NI 43-101 and UMREK compliant technical reporting. Recognized as a Competent Person by MAIG and UMREK in 2022 and 2023, Haluk is proficient in advanced geological and mining software including MapInfo/Discover, Datamine RM, Leapfrog Geo, Surpac, Micromine, and QGIS.

Ahmet İbuk is a highly experienced Mining Engineer specializing in coal mining, with over 40 years of professional background in underground and open-pit operations. Throughout his extensive career, he has contributed to numerous major mining projects across Turkey, providing expert technical guidance in mine planning, production management, and operational optimization. His deep expertise in coal geology, mining methods, and regulatory compliance makes him an invaluable asset to CAKA Mining's consulting team.

Mert Gül holds an MBA and has extensive experience in administrative management and corporate operations. He began his career in information systems and process management, later spending several years at Enerjisa Energy's Customer Technical Services Department, where he took on responsibilities across team management, process improvement, performance monitoring, strategic planning, and quality standards implementation. He worked with SAP ERP infrastructure and QDMS Integrated Management System. In 2021, he earned internal auditor certifications for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 from TÜV NORD. Since 2023, Mert has served as Administrative Affairs Manager at CAKA Mining, responsible for coordinating administrative processes, ensuring legal and corporate compliance, and contributing to the sustainability of organizational operations.

Akın Yıldız is a Geological Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in mining and mineral exploration, specializing in resource and reserve management. He holds a BSc in Geological Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU) and is currently pursuing his MSc at Hacettepe University. Throughout his career, he has held positions at Demir Export A.Ş. and other corporate organizations, taking active responsibilities in domestic and international projects spanning gold, iron, copper, polymetallic, and coal deposits. At Demir Export A.Ş., he served as Mine Geologist, Expert Geological Engineer, and Resource & Reserve Manager, contributing to numerous advanced-stage exploration and operating mine projects including Sivas Bakırtepe Gold Mine, Kayseri Kaş Gold Mine, Balıkesir İvrindi and Bigadiç gold projects, Balıkesir Şamlı and Sivas Divriği iron mines, Manisa Soma–Eynez coal mine, Erzurum İspir and Öşvank Cu-Zn projects, and Kırşehir Boztepe Gold Project. He has also contributed to international projects including the Clontibret Gold Project in Ireland and the Filizçay Polymetallic Project in Azerbaijan. Across these projects, he has led resource estimation, reserve management, geological and grade modelling, QA/QC implementation, grade control, and reconciliation studies. He has played an active role in managing UMREK-compliant resource studies, advanced geostatistical applications, and 3D geological modelling processes. He is currently serving as Senior Geology Consultant at CAKA Mining, providing technical support to mineral exploration and resource evaluation projects including Trabzon Bahçecik Au-Ag, Niğde Bolkar Polymetallic, Bilecik Muratdere Cu, Niger Tondi & Boubene Au, Uzbekistan Karatag Au, and Azerbaijan Mazımçay Cu projects. Proficient in Datamine Studio RM, Leapfrog Geo, Leapfrog Edge, MX Deposit, and MineScape. Member of JMO, MJD and YERMAM, and holder of MAPEG Authorized Legal Entity Certificate.

İsmail Yücer is a Senior Geology Consultant with over 6 years of extensive experience in Turkey's mining sector. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in geological field operations, resource estimation, and mineral exploration across diverse deposit types. He has contributed to multiple projects at CAKA Mining, providing technical geological support and consultancy services to leading mining companies in Turkey and internationally.

Yiğit Türkmen graduated second with first-class honours from the Mining Engineering Department of Hacettepe University and has over 3 years of professional experience in the mining industry. He began his career at leading Turkish mining companies as a candidate engineer, gaining experience in both underground and open pit operations. At Demir Export, he worked in underground coal mining and at Turkey's first three-product dense medium cyclone facility. At Netcad Software, he contributed to the development of mining software projects including swath plot and implicit modelling tools. He then joined Anagold Mining, supporting mine planning and operations, working with dispatch and provision systems, and contributing to an alternative approach to the traditional Layercake method. Yiğit is also a co-founder of Madenhabercisi.com, a platform aimed at contributing to the Turkish mining sector, and has collaborated with Mining-Turkey.com, gaining a broad perspective on mining projects and industry trends. He subsequently served as a Rock Mechanics Engineer at Centerra Gold's Öksüt Gold Mine, responsible for geotechnical drilling, stability monitoring, radar monitoring, and piezometer installations, working in close coordination with operations, planning and process teams. Currently serving as Mining Consultant at CAKA Mining, he has successfully completed 20+ open pit and underground mining projects across Turkey, Uzbekistan and Niger, working alongside experienced mining engineers from Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Australia. His areas of expertise include mine planning, optimization, mine design, production planning, financial modelling, and trade-off studies for mining fleet electrification. He has worked on gold, copper, coal and iron commodities at Conceptual, Scoping (CS) and Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) levels, and has contributed to Mineral Resource and Reserve Estimation (RPEEE) studies compliant with JORC (2012) and UMREK standards. Proficient in Datamine (NPV, OP, UG), Surpac, Netpromine, AutoCAD, QGIS and Python.

Yeliz Yavuzer graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Geological Engineering, with first-class honours and a distinction award. As part of her internship at TÜPRAG's Efemçukuru Gold Mine, she had the opportunity to work in active underground environments, gaining first-hand experience in exploration processes and the realities of operational mining. While still a final-year student, Yeliz joined Nakkaş Mining as a candidate engineer, building a strong practical foundation in drill hole database management, transferring drilling data into three-dimensional environments using mining software, applying mineral resource modelling techniques, and supporting exploration activities. Yeliz is currently working as Geology & Database Consultant at CAKA Mining, leading resource modelling efforts and contributing to projects encompassing geological data interpretation, exploration strategy development, and mineral resource estimations prepared in compliance with international reporting standards. Throughout all these roles, Yeliz has effectively applied industry-leading software — including Datamine, Leapfrog, ArcGIS, and MS Office — across geological modelling, resource estimation, and spatial data analysis.
